Haven Wojciak is a skilled litigator who practices in multiple areas, including insurance coverage, catastrophic loss, construction, employment and appeals. He joined the firm in 2026 after having spent two years honing his civil litigation skills at a local firm, and nearly a decade as in-house counsel with a regional insurance company. Haven also spent several years with the Florida Supreme Court’s Office of the State Courts Administrator, the administrative arm of the Florida State Court System.
