Samantha Buckman

Overview
Samantha is a creative litigator and advocate for clients in practice areas including construction, employment, catastrophic loss, commercial disputes and appeals. She represents for-profit and non-profit entities of all sizes in court and in alternative dispute forums. Samantha combines her business and legal degrees to bring strategic solutions to her commercial litigation clients.
In law school at the University of Minnesota, Samantha worked as a research assistant for Professor Morris Kleiner bringing her skill and acute attention to detail to the analysis and interpretation of contemporary and historical statutes and regulations involving complex occupational licensing requirements. She also volunteered as a Student Attorney in the Business Law Clinic working with pro bono small business clients on a variety of legal matters including contracts, trademarks, entity formation and articles of incorporation.
Samantha served as a law clerk for the Minnesota Assistance Council for Veterans (MACV) and is currently chair of the Communications Committee for the Minnesota Disability Bar Association.
