David has more than 20 years experience representing clients across diverse practice areas including construction, products liability, catastrophic injury, wrongful death, property damage, professional malpractice and commercial and motor-vehicle claims. He has extensive experience representing and counseling clients in challenging and complex litigation in state and federal courts and arbitration proceedings in Minnesota and Wisconsin. David works with his clients to develop practical legal strategies consistent with their goals, objectives, and expectations.
