Erika is an Associate Attorney at BANC LLP, specializing in products liability and mass torts; privacy and cybersecurity litigation; employment litigation, advice and counsel; and appellate advocacy. Erika brings a wealth of experience from her diverse background in both legal and corporate environments.

Before joining BANC LLP, Erika served as a Digital Marketing Manager at Ameriprise Financial Services, LLC, where she led the company's financial advisor social media and SMS text message marketing initiatives for financial advisors nationwide. Her innovative approach to marketing was recognized in 2020 by J.D. Power as the second most successful financial social media program in the United States.

Erika earned her Juris Doctor from the University of St. Thomas School of Law and her Bachelor of Science in Public Relations from Iowa State University. In law school Erika served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Christian Sande in the Minnesota Fourth Judicial District and was also a regional semi-finalist on her law school's Giles Sutherland Rich intellectual property moot court team.

Erika also demonstrates a dedication to public service by judging high school mock trial competitions and volunteering with The Advocates for Human Rights.

Outside of her professional life, Erika enjoys listening to podcasts, socializing with friends, and traveling internationally.
